1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Berserker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License to use
Berserker is free to download and use. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Berserker on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.
Every feature — chat, image generation, and video generation — is included at no cost.
3. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Berserker (except where permitted by applicable law)
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Berserker
- Use Berserker to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
4. AI-generated content
Berserker is a tool that runs AI models locally on your hardware. You are responsible for the content you generate using Berserker. Delta Automation (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for any content generated by you using the software.
The AI models that run within Berserker are third-party models subject to their own licenses. By using those models you agree to comply with their respective terms.
5. Updates and changes
We may update Berserker at any time. We may add, change, or remove features.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Berserker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delta Automation (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Berserker.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
